The villa with private pool is approximately 15 minutes by car from various beaches and the beautiful bay of Cala Moraig. Just around the corner you have a lovely area to walk or cycling. This is a lovely place to have a wonderful family holiday !LAYOUT CASA ROSAThrough the hall you enter the spacious hallway with the kitchen on the right, equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, 3-burner stove, kettle and citrus juicer. There is a utility room with washing machine and extra freezer. The living room has a spacious seating area and satellite TV (NL channels). There are mosquito screens on the windows and air conditioning. Through the semi-open space you enter the dining room with large modern dining table and patio doors overlooking the private swimming pool, WiFi is available. Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200). Bedroom 2: 2-single beds (90x200). It is not possible to add a baby cot. There is 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.OUTSIDE AT CASA ROSAA staircase leads down to the terrace with private swimming pool. There is a semi-closed covered area with a large dining table where you can enjoy a long meal. In summer this is a nice shady spot. Around the spacious private swimming pool there are sun beds, sun loungers, a table with 4 chairs and parasols. The parking lot, which can be closed with an iron gate, offers space for 2 cars.
